Shipping & Delivery

For confirmed orders we process the order within 24 hours. This is the time for preparing your package as per your order and handing it over to the courier partner.

Then the courier partner will take 3-8 days to deliver your package to you, depending on your location and connectivity options.

You should receive an SMS and Email alerts for various stages of shipping of your order. You can also track your order on the order details page of zamindia.com, after login.

Important notes:

Once the shipment arrived at your nearest location, the delivery partner will try to contact you on phone and the delivery address provided by you. This will be done at most 3 times, and if no one is available at your address to receive it, then your shipment will be returned back to us.

In this case, we will refund you the paid amount, in case of prepaid order, as soon as the product is recieved by us. You will be intimated about this via SMS and EMail.

After receiving the shipment, if you find any product is damaged, missing or wrong product then you should inform us within 2 days of delivery. Send an email to cs@zamindia.com with the details and we will contact you to provide you a resolution of of the issue.

In case, you didn’t receive your order within 10 days from purchase/order date, please contact us immediately. We will contact oour courier partner to take nexessary action. We might not accept the concern if received beyond this timeframe.

Refused delivery: In this case, the shipment will be returned to us. And once we receive it in good condition, we will refund the payment.

Remember: In case, any product from the order gets canceled due to any reason like out of stock, quality issues or any other problem. then we have the rights to process remaining products of the order.
In case of PREPAID order your money will be refunded for the cancelled product.
In case of COD order your order will be modified to include only available products. And you need to pay for the delivered products only, along with any shipping and COD charges.

Cancellation guidelines:

Cancellation of the order once it is handed over to our courier partner is not allowed. Any return after that will be guided by the policies described above. We request you to please go through the product details and order only if you are satisfied and actually want to buy the product.

Note : The above terms also apply to the shipment of any replacement product (if applicable) that might be shipped if there's a problem with the original shipment.
