I feel that's the difference between established e-vendors and others.
I had the same product with same issue with Amazon, but returned it the next day following their protocol. The refund came in 48 hr.
The sizes, shades, material quality, etc matter. I am sure you will accept that they are not exactly the same as mentioned in the specifications.
It's sad you can't take the stuff back and give refund but it has been a good learning experience for me and others like me to choose the corect source for purchases.

hii, my nani loved the product, she only wears hosiery maxi's at home. would appreciate if you guys had more options in hosiery maxi s that DONOT have a zip in front. (there are only 2 options currently)
